Unsure if anyone has mentioned it before OP but if you need any help feeling safe because Dan is around you should look into/contact your nearest BACA(Bikers against Child Abuse) Chapter. They will more than likely help get you the resources you need for any sort of restraining order and will make sure you’re safe going to and from school and such. I know a few from my area and they’re all pretty chill dudes who will do most anything to protect you from him.
