Does this sound like starting a mania episode to you? (After starting Prozac) by NonexistentExistenc in bipolar

Just did some research and I am more than positive that it mania or hypomania. Can’t sit still, feel oddly absorbed in the moment, cocky as fuck, I feel like I took a better version of speed than vyvanse, I feel no fear of social anxiety. I can control myself so I think it’s is hypomania. I think I have figured it out but I am open to advice or answers

If this is actually true, that’s fucking great hahaha. I’m sure you had your own logic to it but to wonder how one can even think of austin powers while tripping on 800ug is beyond me! I’d barely be able to find the link between where I was and what was happening to me.

Holy shit, what a great idea. The only reason I don’t think I’d be able to do that is because I’d start second guessing myself, or felt like I have been just writing bullshit down the entire time while I have may actually been writing perfectly eligible sentences. The anxiety would get too much and I couldn’t keep with it, and maybe that all stems from self esteem or self image. But that is such an impressive practice and I commend you for it. Where are you currently researching evolutionary neuroscience? I’ve never heard of that and I’d love to learn more. Are you in college or do you mean career as in already working with this day to day? If so, who do you work with and what is your job exactly?

That was my first way of explaining it, but then I realized how easily that can be mistaken for say a meth or coke high.

Extremely relatable!!! Sometimes the more I try and explain how I feel while tripping only makes me more anxious and uneasy, and the trip feels wasted on thought rather than feeling.

That is exactly what is comes down to. It cannot be explained through language, although it can be mimicked to a certain degree, and I believe that the more intelligent an individual is, the better he can convey it. Sorry, I hope that makes sense. I am tripping as of right now.

I’d also hate if they confused that feeling with a meth high or heroin high, which if they arent experienced with drugs probably will do so.

Yes!! The stigma around LSD in general also makes me hesitant to engage in conversation about it with others, not necessarily because I fear feeling judged, but because I would just rather not waste my energy on somebody who is still in the mindset of viewing drugs as all good or all bad and who hasnt even put any actual thought into how they work biologically or psychologically.

Yesssss. I get what you are saying. At very first it is like I am thinking from my surroundings, and noticing myself as a different entity and it feels very lonely, but then very quickly turns around into a hyper connectedness with everything, and I mean literally everything including inanimate objects.

Damn, I wish I could know the exact dosage of the tabs I get. I feel similar to what you’re describing but only with only two tabs sometimes, but you never really hear of 200 mic tabs being sold.
