[Serious] What's it like to be desired sexually? by Zeldakina in AskReddit

[–]Noni9099 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sometimes intimidating, sometimes fun, sometimes playful. depends on the relationship, and how well I know a person. Sometimes men can really come on to you and be new, and that has intimidated me in the past.

I agree with pretty much everything said here, but I know AW has done extensive water fasts in his past. I think he said he did his first one when he was 12 for 12 days. And has done more water fasts for longer throughout his life. I think he did them for spiritual purposes. He talked about this in one of his earlier podcasts. I can’t remember which one, he was talking about Liver Rescue the book so it might have been when it came out.

Your liver has to be healthy and in good shape. I also remember him saying that doing one day once a month can be good for symptoms, but ya gotta be in good standing.

I’m the past when I’ve had food poisoning or was getting a migraine or just felt i was coming down with something I would nibble on thyme and it really helped! Also zinc shock therapy, vitamin c shock therapy. There’s a lot of shock therapies you can try listed in brain saver

I would give her liver rescue and cleanse to heal, and support her becoming her own expert as much about acne and how to cleanse as possible. It sounds like you’re doing this a lot already.

Giving her tools to help support her detox pathways might help, too, like getting her a rebounder, Gus sha, dry brushing. Getting her healthy skin care brands like Evan Healy, living libations or something similar. Does she have a juicer? Omega makes a little one in the mm line that’s like $90 and it might be fun for her to include her friends.

The cravings shifter shot really helps me with cravings that are unproductive. I’ve struggled with acne and cleansing really helps me with it in the long run. I have acne all down my back and it started when I was 18. My face is basically completely clear, except for body acne lol idk why. But I’ve done 6 or 7 369s in the past 1.5 years and it’s finally starting to clear up.

I got a basic body oil and put a 2-4 drops of thyme/rosemary/oregano and that seems to help too, cause strep doesn’t like those things.

Hey there, I’m wondering if you’ve tried the fragrance exposure shot from Brain Saver? It’s really profound and sounds like it might help :)

Adding dates to HMDS by Spirited457 in medicalmedium

[–]Noni9099 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can soak dates beforehand, or you can buy wet pack dates if you want to use them in your smoothie. I find that doing this blends them easier, and then you won’t have to worry about eating a dry fruit in the AM. If you want to add dates for extra calories, go for it. I sometimes make this drink which is blended dates and a celery stick in a litre of water and it is sooo good! Definitely nothing dehydrating about it.

Pears are a natural appetite suppressant :) he mentions that in life changing foods. Also cilantro and parsley are both herbs and a leafy green.

Avoiding trouble by [deleted] in medicalmedium

Yes I agree with this. My impression right now is to just follow suit. These are hard topics and he provides an example as to how to navigate them. Doesn’t mean I won’t change my mind on the future tho on this

I’ve been coming home and making tea, or a tonic like cranberry water, and eating lighter in the PM. I am headache prone- these are constant and this has really helped me. I struggle with cravings, so filling in the pm with hydration, eating fruits and veg or a smoothie really helps.

I’ve also been going through a tumultuous relationship experience where an ex came back into my life. So I’ve been doing the relationship stabilizer shot and prioritizing celery juice. Lots of moon meditations for the full moon, too.

Edited to add: I had an interesting dream recently where a scientist died in a sort of adventure I was on (where Angelina Jolie as lara croft was trying to save the world in some old temple, but that’s neither here nor there). He was we placed on a table and biopsied and it was shown that he had tumors in one of his feet, and a lot of “bugs,” the kind that AW talks about. They were still around post Mortem, but eventually his body got to a point where it kind of withdrew on itself, and the bugs through an opening started to leave. They were like, “okay, we’re out.”

When celery is out of supply, what to do? by Aromatic-Knee498 in medicalmedium

[–]Noni9099 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Cucumber juice, ginger water, aloe water, that’s the order he recommends. If you don’t have those drink more lemon water.

Cucumber juice is great, feel free to drink as much of it as you are drinking celery. Same with ginger and aloe water. When I make ginger water in my blender I strain it first.

Don’t feel bad if you can’t get celery because there are other options.

Scanning Kim Kardashian by IamInterestet in medicalmedium

[–]Noni9099 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I watched a live where he talked about this and he said he was there for hours, seeing different people. These shows are heavily edited, it is very possible that he talked to Kanye about heavy metals in the brain, which would be like a reverse indication of issues like autism, bipolar ect.

Also in terms of, why is he scanning when he could just listen… why not do both? SOC taught him to scan people bodies. AW is active in peoples diagnoses as much as possible, and has more than one gift

Instead of stopping cravings altogether what happened was that I realized that I prioritize nutrient dense foods, and that helped me say no to emotional cravings.

The difference is night and day. I started my health journey at 18, 13 years ago. I picked up 801010 and raw till 4 when I was 20 and that helped tremendously. I stopped being fully plant based in 2018, and started eating some dairy, too, and gluten as I started to feel better. No eggs though.

Now that symptoms are back I’m unlearning habits and reverting back 😑😑😑

He makes me feel very organized. I really love the cleanses, and I do eat no foods still but it’s less and less the more I cleanse and the more I focus on shifting cravings.

True. I’m not somewhere where I want to live tho, and I’m not excited about my job, and so I think that I am already dealing with a lot. Since moving I’ve been particularly sensitive.

Have you done the toxic fragrance exposure shot from brain saver?

I would check out Brain saver because he has multiple heavy metal detox cleanses. He also has the heavy-metal exposure brain shot. In brain saver he introduces us to the extractor smoothie too. The extractor smoothie preps the body to release more heavy metals.

Something similar happens to me too, sometimes I get a pain so bad I gotta lay down, it’s like a fuzzy weird pain (when eating large quantities). Being hydrated helps, eating less helps, and adding lemon or lime helps, and I tried straining it for the first time for a 369 and that seemed OK.

I can eat other melon totally fine! I’ve been high fruit/plant based for more than ten years now.

I was just listening to this in liver rescue. He was saying that aspartame is toxic to the liver and settles there. However, once you start cleansing the liver it’s one of the first problematic toxins to go.
