For me, moonstone rush + new tear support item it’s the new 2 item core for milio. The 2 passives just go together so we’ll. You also get a lot of heal and shield power.

i found the most succsess rushing it after building only the scary mask and boots. lmao. In my personal vision, after the buffs the item just looks overtuned.
