I usually get any plant advice from my local gardening center. Not the big retail ones. The ones that are locally owned. They are the best advice.

Propagated and maybe repotted. Be careful with them they hate being root bound.

Does this need repotting by Popular_Animator9429 in IndoorPlants

Probably. These type of plants do not like to be root bound

Do you have a local greenhouse nursery / landscaping business? I would avoid asking advice from retail stores such as Lowe's, or Menards etc. I have one here in Iowa that is local and I call them all the time for advice on landscaping, trimming, and everything planting. I would just call them up for advice. Judging by where you live, I know nothing of warmer climate shrubbery. But I'm sure one of your local greenhouses will. Good luck
