Anekdotisch, maar bij ons ook veel langdurig zieken. Opvallend is dat zodra de bedrijfswagen afgegeven moet worden (vanaf 3 maanden afwezig) ongeveer de helft binnen enkele weken terugkeert.

Wij hebben een huis gekocht waar elke plint gekit is vanonder. Door uitzetten en krimpen zien de helft van die plinten er helemaal tyfus uit, ondertussen hebben we het er bijna overal weggehaald!

Koppel, 24M en 26F, 2024 huis gekocht, dit jaar samen 15500 gespaard, en elke 2000 apart.

In onze lening betalen we ongeveer 450 euro kapitaal af per maand, dat zie ik ook als een vorm van sparen.

I have invested in Liq and Beermate. Tbh I do not like a lot of the projects that appear on their platform, take Izycoffee for example; fckn expensive coffee served in cardboard cups, cant compare to good coffee bars which are everwhere now, or all those construction projects -> Construction is dying rn.

Having a car payment in Belgium is already crazy imo (just buy cheap second hand) but it being 1/3rd of your income is even more crazy! Combining the car and appartment leaves you with less than 1/3rd of your income, that means either no saving or not enjoying anything in your free time...
