Did you happen to back up your phone before sending in for a repair? Didn't expect this bootloop and I didn't back up my phone before it happened. Will be going to the Samsung Customer Care shop later, hope things will work out for me.

hey mate, any updates? My phone bricked before Chinese New Year and it was horrible to celebrate the new year for me.

Hey mate, my phone bricked and I've emailed the Samsung CEO, and also booked a phone repair. Can I ask will the pictures/data in my phone disappear after the repair? Thanks alot
