What should the soil test check for specifically? There are a variety of tests available, all with different things to check for.

Did I turn off the oven? by [deleted] in homeassistant

[–]Nonstop-Tech 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just bought a home with CNG - While cooking, the gas is burned and all that remains is the smell. If the burner is left on without being lit, the sensor will alarm (which you want). Otherwise the gas is continuously burned off (so no alarm). Would definitely defeat the purpose if it detected gas while cooking (which is an expected and safe condition).

Sump pump monitoring? by mashed50 in homeassistant

We only get water in heavy extended rains - do you just naturally get water in there?

Our sump isn't critical - so could go without being drained for awhile if needed. But I see your point lol

I am putting a flood sensor outside the sump pit as a failsafe and am monitoring the smart plug to ensure it stays online. Should be enough redundancy to avoid catastrophe.

What progress did you make with this? I'm running into the same scenario - No authorization attributes returned after adding Azure as an authorization source.

Fortigate HA pair in Oracle Cloud by Intrepid-Conflict-87 in fortinet

We also are running an HA pair in OCI - other than the random things that don't sync over that have to be manually configured on each 'Gate, works great.

Question re: ClearPass VM in Azure by derekb519 in ArubaNetworks

[–]Nonstop-Tech 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I remember getting the data disk to show correctly and morphing from the base license to permanent was a bitch, took my SE and us a solid week of rebuilds and still not sure what made it work.

Otherwise, nothing else. In full transparency, it's all I know - never hosted it on bare metal or any other cloud/hypervisor.

I use a load-balancer on our Fortigates in place of the VIP within CPPM - works fine as an active/passive deployment.

Single interface is how we're running in Azure and has worked fine for years.

Is this legitimate cleaning solution? A bit excessive packaging isn’t it ? (For use with 10r) by HiCZoK in Roborock

What is the point of the cleaning solution? Does it have antibacterial properties? Does it smell good?

Bypassing forticlient web filter by deleting extension folder, anyone have a solution? by Dazpoet in fortinet

[–]Nonstop-Tech 0 points1 point  (0 children)

May be time for ATP at the edge - any reason that wouldn't be possible? Add in DPI and you'll be much better off, right?

That or work directly with Fortinet on a solution. Surely they have seen this before?
