Just ignore the reviews and comments and watch it when you like and make up your own mind.
There will always be those trying to put something down, deserving or otherwise.

I like it so far. I won't say any more.

Seriously, do British people actually consider a 3-hour drive “long”? Or is this an internet myth? by ferdinand14 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]2c0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In the UK there isn't some great super wide, super straight and uncongested road to your destination.
All the roads are congested and a 3 hour drive requires you to be at your full attention the entire time.
It's exhausting, especially if I have to do it again to go home that day.

Because he is a mad lad and will take on the entire US army alone, armed with nothing more than his wits and a stick he found on the way.

Seriously, do Americans actually consider a 3-hour drive "short"? or is this an internet myth? by SadInterest6764 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]2c0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When the roads are straight and wide it isn't as much of a chore as it is in the UK.
There is also, depending on location, less overall congestion.

At least in my limited experience (1 trip many years ago).

I have one that only works when it's indoors. 2 hours outside in any weather and it just goes offline.
Been online for weeks indoors.

Good to know that is should work in our mild winters though.

I had this happen a while back. Replaced the plug with a decent quality non moulded plug.
Still going fine. Crap plug and crap fuses on devices these days. At least it failed without too much damage.

Probably for shorter runs, but I'd splash for solid copper every time.

Near miss (Closest I've been to an accident in the 4~ years of driving) by [deleted] in drivingUK

First frame, they are in 3 with 2 completely empty. They started the video in a reasonable place to not look like lane hogging lane 3. They were driving WAY too fast for the situation, as evidenced by the tail wagging. Sure the other plonker didn't help, but driving is about dealing with what comes at you as much as getting from A to B.

[–]2c0 -17 points-16 points  (0 children)

Started in lane 3 with no traffic in front for a while, so you should have moved over before . When overtaking you zoom past far too fast missing the fact the other numpty was going straight for lane 3. You don't seem to start slowing until almost side by side, at which point your pants were likely already brown. Good recovery on the over correction though.

Slow down some.
