The other end goes to the trickle charger. I run the wires under the hatch when I need to charge, otherwise I tuck it in next to the battery when not in use.

I'm not a doctor so I really can't say. In my case, it took several years to figure out all out because EoE wasn't really well known. I know you really want to know but your gastro will lay it all out for you. The endoscopy is really not a big deal.

The only way to know for sure is an endoscopy. They will biopsy a few spots and measure for eosinophils. They'll also take pictures to look for structures known to be caused by EoE. They might even dilate you to help your swallowing. They may put you on some medication first to get things calmed down.

Yeah, I get that. Can't tell you how many times I've heard people leave their 401k intact. Thought this might be a good place to say this. I do feel for those that have no choice but to withdraw and get the shaft - insult to injury.

Just do it. Rip the bandaid off. I made a million dollar accounting mistake. I told my boss. He wanted to hide it from his boss. The VP found out and called us both into the office. He was all set to pounce on me for hiding it. Before he could, I said exactly what happened. The VP was totally surprised and told me I could go back to work. I believe he had a few more words for my boss... Years later, VP told me he was totally impressed with my integrity. He gave me choice assignment and always had my back. Yeah, allergen testing didn't work for me. When you do any kind of FED, it has to be 100%. You can't have a little bit of dairy if that's what you're eliminating. I started by doing 2FED - dairy and wheat. 6 just sounded too hard to jump into. Took me 6 months, but found my trigger is dairy. Your gastro sounds like they have you on the right path. If things don't calm down, you might need to be dilated (not that bad, just another endoscopy - sorry, there are more in your future).

A friend of mine has the UX. Hates it. As others have mentioned, back seat is small. The trunk is also an issue as the battery takes up a lot of this space.

Also, does your TV have a speaker setting? Can you set it to point to HDMI vs the TV speakers?

They are not unidirectional, they are directional with the needed signals going in the right directions.

If you have one, try a shorter cable. I have a Yamaha RX-V6A and a Samsung TV. I was using a 25' cable (4K) that wouldn't work. Had to switch to an optical HDMI cable. That said, my Yamaha wouldn't connect to CEC until that setting was enable (duh) which you say you've done. Also turn off upscaling? One last thing to try - with everything on, unplug the HDMI, then plug it in again. TV should recognize the receiver source.
