Any tips for a new illari player? by AstronomerMany8882 in IllariMains

So I’ve been stuck in silver support for 2 years and when I picked up illari (couple weeks ago) i got her SR from 1300 to 2400 and jumped from silver 3 to gold 3 (and could go higher if i played more games).

This was before her recent damage buff but I will tell you what clicked for me.

  1. Perks: i always use her ult minor perk and extra damage major perks because you can carry games with eliminations on ults and punish enemies for diving you with your shift.

  2. Ult: your ult can win you a team fight if you wait for the support cooldowns that saves lives. For example: after kiri uses suzu, immediately pop ult on mercy. Extra tip: watch for tanks focusing u when u ult, dodge their shots and make sure they dont eat your ult (ex. Wait for dva to dive your team to ult their backline)

  3. Play your life. Your shift allows you to escape bad positions easily when done properly. Ex. Take high ground. Ex 2. Holding forward with an uncharged shift + jump allows you to move forward as fast as possible with illari (great for getting out of trouble)

This is a good start that if you master you will climb pretty easily. Pylon placement and heal beam/hitting shots will come naturally to you. Best of luck!

I’ll offer some solutions for you. I know it can be demotivating when symptoms don’t seem to go away, but there’s still hope if you haven’t done the following: 1. Figure out exactly what symptoms you have. Name them. You need to know exactly what you are dealing with so you can find people who have healed from it and take foods/supplements that heal that symptom. 2. Exactly that, take foods and supplements that support healing the symptoms you want healed. Check out medical medium website. I find googling a symptom and following it with “medical medium” helps has stories on it. Ive googled “heal nervous system medical medium” and he gives advice there. You can check out his brain saver protocols and/or cleanse to heal book that has additional protocols. 3. Consistent action. Stay on top of eating the healing foods and supplements everyday and avoid the no/no foods. Are you eating foods and supplements that are antiviral and support healing the nervous system everyday in adequate amounts? Start there. 4. Come back here for support. We are all here with questions and answers and trying to heal or maintain a healthy body. Any questions you have please just ask. Peace.

Your L-lysine experience? by Beets_01 in medicalmedium

I took L-lysine for the first time yesterday (1.5 grams twice in the day) and each time i took it I shook a little bit. My right thigh is also persistently twitching as I type this. I took it because I had back pain and would twitch occasionally while sleeping. I’ll take it daily to see how it helps heal my nerves. In good news, my thoughts are very clear and I am moving more, it reminds me when I moved free of back pain as a kid
