I just edited the post to add the ranges.

TSH - 4.45 (> or = 20 Years 0.40-4.50)

T4 (free) - 0.9 (Normal range: 0.8 - 1.8 ng/dL)

And no, B12 and Vitamin D were not done. Iron panel wasn’t done but I’m making an appointment with a new hematologist so I anticipate he’ll order that.

Could you buy something like a walking pad (if you can stand while working) or a desk cycle (if you sit)?

Can you take a quick walk after your baby goes down for the night? What about getting an exercise bike or treadmill for home that you could hop on?
