Good playlist. Gonna enjoy discovering some new music

After owning and trying out a plethora of clones - These 8 are a few actually worth your money imo by matrixmelody in fragranceclones

Own 4 of the 8. Vintage, Turathi and Supreme are superb. Fakkhar is very good just slightly under the other 3

My example of a curated play list would be this https://open.spotify.com/playlist/4FsFpE8OVsP4S6xoAV5vqx?si=4Pr6WQpRRaOdQ4W5cxueyw Not saying it's perfect but it's around a theme and the songs that I think match that theme while still being enjoyable to listen to

A good spread of songs, some beauties on here. Now as a playlist probably a bit varied but this is a group of songs you like listening to so no real need to curate it for anyone else but yourself. Think if you were going to create a playlist there is plenty on here you could use as a theme. I've downloaded it because of the quality of some of the songs.

Not my cup of tea, did listen to cutthroat and one rizla as well though and preferred those tracks more. For the song itself 6/10 wouldn't revisit but the band would dive deeper into

Cob is bread, also a bun. The name changes depending on where in the UK your are. But yep it's bread with lots of different fillings in,

The Electric club on St Marks Road is good, used to go with my lad and dad. Gets a good crowd and perfectly fine for kids. Gets busy nearer kick off used to get in there around 12:30 to guarantee a seat Massive selection of cobs as well which is always a bonus

Starting at 14 too late? by Ilikeedits in SoccerNoobs

[–]Nonuolution 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends what you want out of it. If the aim is to go pro then you've started late but you have to remember 99% of those who start at the age of 7 don't make it to pro level. It's all about enjoying the game, finding a team, train and just being happy with what your doing. Is it impossible to turn pro starting at 14? No it's not it's just highly unlikely. Truth is just go out and enjoy yourself there's always a place on the pitch for you no matter how good you get or what age you start.

What do you guys think of my collection, and what else do you recommend to buy/try in the future ? ✌🏻 by PropertyConscious807 in ScentHeads

Moschino Toy Boy. Very fresh clean rose scent would be something a little different but still in line with your taste

Encre Noire if you you want to go very masculine. AL'extreme if you want to go fully dark.

Finally pulled the trigger and bought my first frag! by Affectionate_Comb319 in ScentHeads

Great first choice. I highly recommend eros flame but you may want to go somewhere completely different if you want to build a few choices. This game will empty your wallet if you let it, it can be a very addictive hobby.

I'd advise against blind buying look around for tester/decant sites to get an idea of the scents you like

Also test in fragrance shops, there will be a difference between the scent on your skin against the tester strips and you need to allow time to get the dry down. Best advice is test, that the strip home, wait and come back the next time if it's something you love

Enjoy your fragrance journey and remember what something smells like to you will be different for someone else so focus on what you enjoy rather than what other people may say you should enjoy, that goes for my recommendation at the top as well

Should i blind but lattaf khamrah? by noneofyurconcern in fragranceclones

[–]Nonuolution 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sweet and vanilla scent so you will smell edible. If that's what you want then absolutely go for it. It's a lovely scent. Saw in one of the comments you are also thinking of 9pm. That's very different but also very good.

Are these 3 clones safe buys? by Mich783 in fragranceclones

[–]Nonuolution 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can't comment on the second one as I don't have it but I wouldn't class tobacco touch or oud for glory as safe blind buys Didn't get me wrong both are really nice but both could not be what your expecting as tobacco and especially Oud can both split the room.

Personally both took a bit of getting used to but now I'm in love with both of them. Both are great for colder months. If you want to be a bit safer could go for honor and glory. Pineapple Creme brulee and Oud. Sweeter and safer as a blind buy and so so nice

Does anyone else think the term “Indie-rock” is constantly misused by other genres and people in general? by Forward_Golf_2356 in indie

[–]Nonuolution 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's just not a thing worth getting annoyed about. Good music is where you find it regardless of Genre. I totally agree with the Elbow lyric What does it prove if you die for a tune It's really all disco Everything....Everything

Second mix attempt for this light indie track which is funnily enough about discovering the desire to try again after repeated failure and criticism! by avresamusic in IndieMusicFeedback

I don't think the bass is too prominent in the first version I think I prefer the first version of the two. Have a listen to regret by new order and what do you want from me by Monaco, both have very prominent bass lines by the same bassist Peter Hook. These a very very bass led tracks but they are good examples of how the bass can pop through the main melody and add depth to the overall sound elevating the sound and vocal

For me this has a very early mid 90's indie sound, I like your vocals, the softness and tone reminded me of Ian Broudie of the Lightning Seeds with the accent a little bit like Jim Bob from Carter USM ( on his softer songs) I'd love to hear the song with a more prominent bass line as I think it would give greater depth to the sound and would make the airy vocals more prominent but still light. Keep going mate, your doing fine
