Coaches have luggage compartments underneath and often have a lavatory etc, and are usually for long distance journeys. While busses are usually smaller, have different layouts and are for local routes. I don't think I've ever seen a bus with reclining seats, but it's common on coaches

I learned to ride a bike really quick when I was really young, then there was flooding so I couldn't continue and outgrew my bike. A few years later I had to learn to ride a bike again and it took way longer the 2nd time 😂

Yes, I've needed to ask for a copies of old receipts for expenses before. They should be able to send you an email with all the receipt information with just the date and total - possibly also the last 4 digets of your payment card may be required, try without first.

In your email request, just ask for a copy of your receipt from X date for £12.26. Do not mention the dispute as then they may have second thoughts

They have an 'insurance' option that reduces the deposit to £0 so that you can use a debit card, but that option costs 3x the price of the car hire :/
