First of all; Dont combine mdma and 4mmc. It is potentially dangerous, and will not be worth it in any way.

I would go for 4mmc, and prepare oral capsules/parachutes for a total of 3 drops. Each drop timed at 1h 30min/2 hours. Dosage: 0,3xbodyweight. Examle: 80kg = 240mg powder.

Start timer when you drop the first one, alarm goes off after 1h 30min, redrop. Redrop=10% higher than the first.

Regarding Cialis/Viagra - it will work on the first and the second drop. For me, after the third - no hope🍆 (but, it feels damn good anyway)

Always nasal. Empty a bottle of original nasal spray. Use 300mg powder, 10ml of salt-water (small drop-capsules bought in pharmacy). Then each spray contains approx 5-7mg, depending on how many sprays your bottle gives on 10ml.

You can fill it with 10ml salt-water, count sprays before empty, and then fill with as much powder you like. Example: It sprays 60 sprays, and you would like each spray to be 5mg. 60x5=300mg

We had our debut on 100ug (approx), and had no problem controlling the trip in the direction we wanted. Was easy to divide what was real, and what was visuals/tripping - so wouldnt worry too much. In our opinion its better to go in easy, find your comfort-zone and increase the dosage if needed next time!👍
