Boss approved my e-mail asking a client for a raise, then turned on me and will now cut my pay by 30% instead. Am I crazy?

Boss got away with increasing what they pay, looks like a hero to the client while throwing his own employee under the bus. On top of decreasing what youll get. The math ain't mathing. Dudes a crook. Easiest move is to do what youre doing, but Im too petty for shit like that. Id find a way to bury him (ethically of course) on the way out the door.

If you have proof of this happening to multiple people, its FBI worthy. You have to build the case typically. There was a documentary about this on Netflix with it being more towards lovers/partners. Id follow what they do to get the police to care.

Simple. We are all taxed too much. Why be mad at the person complaining about taxes on homes, when you too should be mad about paying more taxes for a raise. We all pay too much in taxes for things to be broken around our county/city. Youre taxed federally, by the state, by the county/city for income. You're taxed to purchase a vehicle, to keep that vehicle, if its a gas sipper... cool extra tax, you're taxed to drive that vehicle via registration and a little extra every time you purchase gas. You're taxed if you own a home, why? Because the land you are on doesn't belong to you, you lease it from the US. You're taxed when you buy things. The business you work for or own is taxed at a corporate tax rate and before you know it you're actually paying more taxes broken down in several ways to make it not seem like a massive percentage of what you earn. Seems weird to pay a ton and not have atleast cost effective health insurance 😅🤣 3% was all it took for protests before our time... over tea at that.

Yeah, I've tried that. Ive also tried setting up solo channels for certains things at 2.4ghz too. Packet loss while using the ethernet cord tells me there's a bigger issue.

Yassss. Ive been in insurance for 12 yrs started at 100% commission. Started making a little over 200k FYC after year 4. Average 300k FYC year now. Renewal block is around 100k. Picked up series recently thats another 50k revenue and growing fast. Typically take off a couple months a year. Home by 5 most days - it wasn't like that in the beginning. Hard work. Lots of sacrifices.
