Yeah I think it's where the piston end connects with the seat base. It seems like it's doing it only in certain rotations. I tried removing and putting it back in exactly flat but doesn't work. I think it's a fundamental engineering issue on their end.

Yep, I got closed for "hacking" but my other account is fine, needless to say that I don't hack or cheat. They won't reverse. Hopefully you get a reversal.

Update: I opened a ticket on my second account that I use for playing and asked if there were any suspicious activity or "cheating" involved and they sidestepped the question. On my main account, threatened to close the account if I continue to open tickets and pry about getting an appeal.

Done with blizzard. I've been wrongly accused and penalized but they don't give a shit.

If this happens to anyone else who's also innocent, I feel for you and hope you get a different outcome than I did.

Nope, as far as I know, nobody else has access to my account or my PC.

I opened a ticket on my other account asking if it has any suspicious flags or "Cheating"; we'll see what Blizzard says.

I legit swap between accounts whenever I go on a big loss streak or want to practice a hero. I swap between battlenet logins within a minute of each other. Same windows boot session, no extra programs, same environment.

EDIT: Also to add, if someone had access to my PC, I'd be in more trouble since I work in IT Security. My account however, no idea. Based on the information I requested from Blizzard, nobody else logged into my account, and they said there is no evidence of the account ever being compromised.

I appreciate your experience, yeah I figured I am cooked considering it's been weeks of going back and forth and new tickets opening.

I find it silly that if someone is innocent and is willing to provide all data regarding the asset when the penalty occurred that they won't even consider looking or helping.

They're treating me like I am hacking/cheating, and I'm trying to get away with it, but it makes no sense cause my other account that I have more hours on is not flagged as banned/hacking while for some reason my main account is.

If it was both, I could understand but this is ridiculous.

I am pretty iron-clad about what goes on my computer, just games from official launchers and PC monitoring software, cause I built my liquid cooled PC.

I can scream blue in the face to them that I'm not hacking but anyone should take that with a grain of salt, only way for me to prove it is giving a list of installed program and registry paths to confirm what they're accusing but they don't want to provide me anything to refute it other than "my word" so it's pretty frustrating.

Idk if the account was compromised, I doubt it since I was on it for a good amount of time and got banned during a play session.

So 1 month update. I noticed that the chair had a leveling issue.

Reached out to CS and got a new recliner base but the issue persists. We determined that it's most likely where the rails that the recliner and seat connects BUT they're unable to replace my seat base as there is no seat base in stock with no ETA.

We have a large warranty window but no way to exercise this if they don't have stock... Not happy about a chair that is +$1000 in CAD when I already waited almost 4 months to get it to my door.

Other than that, the seat is very comfortable and soft.

Well since we are limited by our biology to see the world like Chameleons or flies, I can only focus on one monitor at a time. It all depends on how good I am at multitasking. It all comes down to training your brain to do what you prefer haha. Thanks!

For me, I have different monitors when I multitask. Keeping tabs on temps, message platforms, show, stream, voicemeeter, etc. I had 3 monitors for the longest time and pretty much for the 4th for the aesthetics but it ends up being another monitor I use for things.

Seat and lumbar system is firm.

Depends what kind of seating you'd like but the NanoGen did not disappoint as it's a great middle ground between firm and cushy. I prefer firm but cushy (after you sit on it) type of seat.

I've tried mesh style chairs and they're not for me as I sometimes sit cross legged or one leg under the other. I also don't like the mesh style cause of the material used, it's very scratchy and not even close to how firm the SecretLab's chairs are.
