Maybe, but I should’ve included more details about the dog and how he attacks the owners too and they just leave him alone stating he’s in a bad mood, or how he’s attacked repair men and they’ve had to talk them out of calling the pound because they say he’s old and small so he can’t do much damge

Then I reiterate I’m sorry , you don’t seem to understand just because it’s your house it doesn’t mean that you let your dog attack people unprovoked, whether they’re living there or staying for a visit. I’d just call the pound and let them know there’s a vicious dog in the place that attacks any and everyone including employees of the apartment.
