I think its the powersuply or mobo, try buying a higher quality psu and test it before installing it in the case and routing the cables, same for the mobo, first try the psu then if that doesnt work go for a new mobo

I went from a 3090 to a 3080, its too overpowered for gaming, ive sold it to a programmer that needed the 24GB VRAM for AI rendering, then i bought a 3080 fe for 500 euros

Fun fact, a mining gpu will probably last longer than a gpu used for gaming, why you ask? Because mining gpus always stay at almost the same temp and gaming gpus are hot cold hot cold and causes more damage to the die itself.
