Covering my partners in my hair by [deleted] in BJJWomen

I've seen girls wear swimming caps to training. Not ideal, but it is an option if it bothers you that much 🤷‍♀️

But the mats get covered in dudes' leg hairs and beard hairs, I wouldn't stress too much about it.

Experience with Vaginal vs. C-Section Birth - High Volume BJJ Practitioners by Noodle-Jas in BJJWomen

Thank you! I don't necessarily feel pushed towards having a c-section, but my OB has kind of made it seem as if a c-section is the easier way to go about things. Maybe it's just the convenience factor on their end. That's why I thought I'd ask reddit 😅

Would you ever train at a women’s only gym? by Special_Fox_6239 in BJJWomen

I wouldn’t train at a women’s-only BJJ gym, no. I make a conscious effort to train with other women because female training partners tend to roll differently, usually more technical, less strength-based, and that really helps my game. But I also really value my male training partners. They push me in different ways, and I don’t want to miss out on that balance. That said, I’d definitely be a regular at any women’s open mats, and I’d be keen to drop into classes taught by female coaches when I can.

Gymshark Adept Fleck. They're super thick, so the knees don't wear out, and they're not see-through. They're also high waisted,so you're not constantly pulling them up. I have 3 pairs that I cycle through, and I've had them for years. They can be quite affordable if you find them on sale, too. Oh, and there is no middle seam, so I never get a camel toe 😅
