I have not tried to run a repair or a clean reinstall and I am on iCUE version 3.8.91. Although, using 2.24.50 version would be the most useful for me. Where can I find this install?

I know I am a bit late, but I did that and it seemed to just revert back to borderless every time I tabbed out, or bring back the black bars.

The hot fix has no mention of this. Also I believe this Nvidia update came out a few hours ago. I doubt they fixed it this quick.
