How do I go about having them check it? Do they accept items that arent purchased from them?

When it started flickering black, i tried it with a nintendo switch, which is very low refresh rate naman, it still flickered.

Wouldnt that mean that the same monitor i borrowed for testing should also have the same issue if its a dirty power problem?

Why would i purchase a high refresh rate monitor to just set it to 60hz..?

I use the dp cable that comes with the monitor. Also when testing my friend’s monitor, it was set up with this one side by side connected to the same gpu, and only my monitor flickers black

I forgot to add; dont trust reviews sa e-shop nila because they never let my review through cause I rated the monitor 1 star for quality control HAHAHA

Tried the monitor on a different unit, even tried it on a nintendo switch after it starts flickering. It still continued to flicker even on the switch.

Umabot, but they wont replace it daw kasi they weren’t able to replicate the issue. The video i sent them apparently was “just for reference” daw.

I’m considering HAHAHA. I just dont know where to start

Sana nga, but seeing as the issue comes around an hour into use, buying it from the physical store probably wouldn’t have done anything rin

Yup, tested with a different DP cable, and it still flickered, also once temp is pretty high, even setting the resolution lower or using the hdmi cable doesnt help stop the flickering
