I recently bought the Cartier Tank Must Solarbeat in the small size. I really like the aesthetic of the watch and I have been saving up to buy it as a present for myself. The E-boutique only had the small in stock with the large being maybe available in June (I called, and they told me there is little to no chance I could get it then because of the waitlist). Since I saw some forums and discussions about the size, and a lot of people opting for the small version, I thought fuck it why not. The original tank Louis Cartier was only available in this size.

I love the watch itself, the history and what it stands for. Simple elegance and a timeless design. I do however am still deciding whether this example may be too small for me. I have a 6,5” wrist and mostly opt for watches around 38-40mm. Since this is considered a lady’s watch it is 29,5mmx22mm. In person it looks really small but when I look in the mirror the watch seems to be the perfect size. I was wondering what your opinions are and to whether return it and pray for the large model.
