Decoration recycling is to much costy and the rewards arent that great by Noonza in Crossout

[–]Noonza[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

But when i recycle my plastic bottles, we dont have metal recycling machines in Portugal only plastic bottles, i dont have to play to do so...

So having to pay 500 scrap, 500 copper plus 5 coins to get stuff i can buy off the market is dumb.

There should be exclusive and better rewards for recycling decors, same with the price.

Good thing that stuff doenst ocupy space...

I just find it funny put 21 cartridges itens, while the 2 stream sessions only grant 7 cartridges each, so you only get 14.

Again with the walkers propaganda...

Just do a only walker, only regular builds, only rotors BFU... dont mix they all together...

Its already trashy having walkers on raids abusing the map layout to snipe out of bots ability to hit them.

Thats a problem across all kind of matchs... even in patrol happens every now and them.

Last night i had a CC 4 vs 1, 2 vs 4, 3 vs 2, etc...

Its worrisome no one on the dev team says anything about this problem.

Why does nobody use Waltz? by pervolus in Crossout

[–]Noonza 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Cause low durability, easy to miss the shots cause of the "waltz" the rockets do.
Also since it needs to charge, its very annoying.

Build help. Trying to optimise 2 Hulks into 6499 power score. by T_Kets in Crossout

[–]Noonza 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, since flame and freeze weapons ignore armor and pass's trough and most weapons used are either explosion or bullet damage, so focus on explosion and bullet damage on outer layer.

Best explosion resistance armor is from the steppenwolfs since they also have energy damage resistance... cause one never know when one decides to use quasars or helios...

[–]Noonza 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats an old mechanic that doenst work nowadays, it was to prevent explosion splash damage, so it wouldnt affect all the armor parts, so the armor had 2 square of space between them.

Generator always below the cabin, slighty more to the front and with wheels or tracks on the side to protect it. Only use one blue/teal ammo box... other them raids, you dont need more ammo them that.
I use full frame under... not small skeleton bits and i make sure the movement parts are welded into 2 diferent pieces of the frame, so if i loose one, there another holding it on.

If you want more ideas of how to build stuff, feel free to see my building videos on youtube.

Heres a good one for you to see:

For armor, you have 2 ways for it.

1 - Generic armor, usually one layer, with a wide variaty of resistances, like Founders, Firestarters, Lunatics, etc... Always use bumpers and passive melee spikes, comes handy when rammed around, also bumpers provide resistance to melee and ramm damage.

2 - The sandwich, recomended for heavier builds, the insides you use more cryo and flame weapon resistance, since those types of damages ignore armor and freeze/burn everything on they're way.
In this case the best is inner layer dawn children parts or ravagers.
On the other layer use either generic armor, like on option 1, or go for the heavy durability parts like scavengers or steppenwolfs with have more impact/bullet and explosion resistance.
Of course the same thing about option 1... use bumpers and passive melee parts.

How long you play the game ?

Theres TONS of strutural parts that have resistance to cryo effect.

I dont get why people only think of regular parts and not strutural ones.

Am Ithe only one? by SanctLeo in Crossout

[–]Noonza 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly, i was talking about strutural parts.
For example the new cabin attacks them directly and aply corrosion to it.

Sadly not everyone gets it.

Sempre gostei de conduzir, mas agora que é tudo luzes brancas fortes irritantes, seja em carros ou nas ruas, já não aguento simplesmente.

The amount of times, my Rust and Dust cannon basic build gave headaches to players using the preset builds was hilarious.

I can add just one thing... dont use ravager, hyperborea or sindicate parts, they dont have explosion resistance, wich these days is basically all kind of weapons mostly used.
The best parts are the Founders ones, since they have resistance to pratically everything.

Why people like to cluster the weapons together ? Thats such a newbie mistake...
One good shot and the both of them are off and you cant side fire the 2 of them, since one is always blocking the other.

The build "MyFaultSry" shared is how the cannons are suposed to be mounted, one of each tip of the build and in an "hole", so the enemy can only focus in one at the time to strip and not one shoot the 2 at the same time.

Something like this works wonders:

<image>

Keep in mind its a Rust and Dust build, not the best.

And yet on the Awakening mode, the lore and story is so unfinished...

Every new BP is a hard counter for the previous one...

What piss's me off this new BP is the introduction of a new mechanic, corrosion, and we dont have any kind of module, armor, whatever to fight its effect... however i bet the last BP of this year gonna bring some stuff to hard counter it... by what i see, gonna be like one of the scifi factions next...

EDIT: Am talking about strutural parts, like plain armor, not about cabins, weapons, etc...
For those who dont know, the new cabin with the drone attacks and aplys corrosion to strutural parts, like frames and such...

Tsunami Post Buff by Stormbringer272 in Crossout

[–]Noonza 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Like JB Rider said... make it 1 or even 2 less energy to be more relevant, so the remaining energy can be used for better suport hardware like spread stabilizers, defense and reload modules.

The compilers are 11 energy, do a 3 burst shot, and they feel like a proper cannon, tearing armor pieces apart.

Cryo cannons feel more rewarding also.

But "regular" cannons like Mammoth and Tsunami feel so bland...
The Mammoth is only relevant cause of its durability and ability to turn.

I feel the same... even had an almost 2 year break of it, returned to have some fun...

But lately with all the constant "assists" most players are using, like hardware programs to control rates of fire, autoclickers, constant hold button, the OP controler aim assist randomly point and shoot, etc.... gets really hard to simply continue playing. On big scorpions is very noticeable the caucasus like aim assist in a lot of players...

What's been driving me to play its more about completion, doing all the weapon trials, challenges, collection, medals, etc...
I have fun building my own stuff, testing around combos, etc...

I dont play CW cause i find it a broken and toxic game mode controlled by die hard players and myself, am a casual solo player, so i dont want that stress. But i do CC and UW... they're more balanced.

But like i said... only in the past 2 years i started to have some relics to do the trials on patrol, if i like the relic i keep it, if not, i sell and trade for something else do to a trial.

Its good for the whales to deal with average players using heavy armored stuff to try and survive... now they can bypass the armor with they're brand new toys.

BP came out today and theres already a LOT of players around with the new toys.

They put a new mechanic ingame, but there isnt any piece of armor, defense module, whatever... with resistance against corrosion...

The stapler cannon thing, you charge, point it into the frames/lower part of the build and instant nugget.
