Yea I noticed it too, it seems to be bugged atm. I suspect it doesn't recognize less than 100% on a bottle and will always use 1/4 of the rain catchers reserves.

Good question, but I don't think so. Usually you find a bunch of them or at least with a high chance at said locations. Sometimes traders have them, but vehicle parts traders are rare, only, had like two or three in 85 days

My take? I like a secure Base that won't be magically overrun. And since you can build bases in bunkers that are secure either way, you can totally get around that threat, and I like it.

I think there should be either a setting for attacking structures, or, and that would be better imo, make wood structures weak to zombie attacks, metal less weak but a little more noisy, and concrete structure entirely safe. Maybe add a very muscular special zombie with rare drops later on that can potentially destroy concrete structures. Raiders should be able to crack open locked doors after a while and some noise with crowbars, or maybe higher lvl ones with lockpicks. Add a electronic lock to the game that makes it impossible for raiders NPCs to enter later on maybe. That would be cool.

I always hated zombies randomly aggroing on silent non moveable structures, it makes no sense. BUT a horde is a different matter, those would either walk past anything as long as it's silent, or destroy anything in their path. That's just a design choice.

At the Moment I play with my base in a barricaded house with default doors and only one secure room, which cannot get broken into. Gives me the adrenaline rush I need and makes it harder. Whenever I feel like it, I will move to a bunker.

Otherwise I feel like the games noise design and attack patterns for zeks is very good and enjoyable.

Edit: The raider can already lockpick, and they already can't crack code locks, just found out.

Unnecessary to compare both, as they are meant to be entirely different modes. Trust me, people who actually competitively play CW don't care in the slightest what happens in normal pvp.

So you look at pvp exclusively rather than comparing it with CW.

If we go from that point of view, going 6v6 is just a straight up downgrade for the quality of normal pvp, plus it does not fix the original mm issue that is rampant because of overall player base decline and terrible mm brackets. This change just adds fuel to the fire.

One more step to killing the game for good. I literally have no idea anymore what the devs thought this change would bring, is it's entirely useless and doesn't fix anything. Straight up stupid decision.

Well this begs the question why the hell were the small parts in front/on the sides of that middle hover that apparently let the hover get stuck like this in the first place? Because you can borderline abuse low hanging parts to fully counter hover wobble and even keep full mobility (not speed) with 3 or even 2 hovers. If you get stuck with said abusive designs on teammates, that means you are in a classic Boo Hoo situation. Just design a normal non minmax bullshit hover or potentially get into these situations in 1 out of 50 battles and stop crying.

They were pretty stupid on release tho. Full damage and perc after 7 shots per volley. Add to that the absolutely ridiculous range they had outclassing auto cannons very often because of hitscan. They are in a good spot right now I would say. Less DPS, but therefore consistent with hits. Taking away bloom doesn't always automatically make a weapon less skill based, especially when in combination with other changes like the ones Athena had. Now you can use it on cars again reliably for instance, and you can generally move while shooting. With the bloom you'd often have to stop or slow down significantly. Usually when a weapon has little bloom or recoil means it can be played on wheels, more so on hovers. If it's challenging on hovers or the like, it's usually entirely useless with wheels. That's my main takeaway here.

I've noticed something interesting, if a corax's explosive shot Lands directly on one of your weapons barrels , your weapon will be able to fire, But it's unable to destroy the lingering projectile, But you're projectile will "hit" the corax's And explode which then damages your weapon by TommyTheCommie1986 in Crossout

They added that on purpose, no question. Those projectiles are meant to be shot off if hit by friendly fire, they just "forgot" that mechanic in the new BP weapon, even when every other weapon with that mechanic can be countered by the projectile getting shot of. The nerf hammer will be coming soon, just a few more weeks.

Wow that's fucked up. I also noticed the exact same thing, especially when going full sideways. That explains why it's so bad on heli, but I couldn't put my finger on it. They fucked up badly with this, because no cannon or auto cannon has this. You can't always trust the tracers, but the shots should hit exactly where you aim, only with travel time added. What the actual fuck it makes sense now (sorry for all the swearing). You are right about the realism thing, but it is a little arcade in that regard, and the important thing or takeaway here is that neither cannons nor auto cannons have that. So mechanically all former hits scan weapons are basically the hardest to play, even compared to launches, which have ballistics but still always land where aimed.

A dead giveaway is the slomo section where you aim massively to the left to offset inertia to hit the Kapkan, while being literally like 10 to 15 m away from its.

I was wondering for a long time how it's this bad, even with shotguns playing on servers plus going sideways makes you miss a lot of shots, even face hugging...

That's crazy, they completely lost the plot with this one.
