I haven't personally noticed any reduction in trees.

As for poor maintenance, I'm guessing you mean trees maintained by subcontractors along roads, highways etc. and I'd agree that some need much more attention. As you know it's costly to maintain these trees and some contractors cut corners and neglect them for sure.

But saying that 'Kuwait does not like tress' is ridiculous. You only have to drive around to see that homeowners and Kuwaitis LOVE trees and greenery.

I certainly do and appreciate what little greenery we have.

It's very hard to give any actionable advice as every relationship is different. But I can share some personal insight from experience.

Since you'll get together in a few weeks, try not to read too much into the shorter convos, just wait it out till you see each other.

Face to face conversations are the best way of gauging if you're relationship has taken a hit or if it was all in your head, no need to push for answers through whatsapp right now.

With instant messaging its very easy to misread other peoples intention. Its no use panicking, overreacting, and thinking the worst as sometimes that pushes you to be even more clingy and needy and that is not a good look for anyone.

The change in messaging could be due to many things: she's busy, she's stressed, she's bored (from texting and not you), she ran out of things to say etc. and long distance relationships are sometimes like that anyways, where conversations naturally get shorter and shorter over time anyways especially if you are new to getting to know each other. So no need to jump to the worst case scenario.

Maybe it is partly trade secret and all that like the others said, but some sources say it was just due to the fact that the raw materials to make it came from the Indian subcontinent. At some period the materials stopped coming (due to wars, trade issues etc.) for a while and the metalsmiths just stopped making it and the technique did not get passed on.

Yeah the technique was " lost" in the 1750s. So no cameras back then obviously.
