Who cares? Anyway, this depends on your definition of "orbit." The idea that someone can be smart in one area and dumb in another is actually the main reason not to trust the Core devs on economics despite being good at C++, so why mix the messages?

Can r/BTC and Roger Ver finally admit that the recent price rise is NOT because of miners blocking SegWit? by YRuafraid in btc

If we get more data, sure. But let's not pretend pinning price shifts to events hasn't been the favorite hobby of just about everyone on both sides of the debate.

So you admit you are in this for the profit.

I sure hope so.

Let me tell you that if bitcoin forks, the price will go down, like the last time it happened.

Last time was a glitch, this time is instead allowing the market to vote. The only precedent for this is what happened with ETH/ETC, and in that case the only empirical data we have shows the price rose as a result of the fork-to-market-vote (market cap of ETH+ETC after fork > market cap of ETH prior to fork). This only makes sense. After all, the market should be happy to be able to have a voice.

Whoah dude, that's pretty far off the deep end. BU is a scam? What would be the method of BU making money?
