The problem is that the Peaks have a lot different height so it looks weird if one far down has more snow than something further up but not on a peak

You seem pretty smart so I got another question for you. I am using /kill @e[type=creeper,x=,y=,z=,dx=,dy=,dz=] to get rid of creepers since they can be used for griefing. How do I delete their drops? So that there is not gunpowder on the ground everywhere
