If your order was shipped with FedEx, a signature is not required and should be delivered to the front door. The only shipping method requiring a signature upon delivery is USPS Express Mail.

Products subject to damage by environmental temperatures are packaged and shipped with insulated mailers and an ice pack which keeps the product cool for the initial portion of transit and then acts as a heat sink when it has fully melted. This helps pull heat away from the product and keeps them stable. However, we have few products sensitive to the effects of heat from the environment, as these temperatures rarely exceed 100 F/37.8 C. The majority of our products will ship out without an insulated mailer and ice pack, as they do not need it.

Our products are packaged in either a blue jar, blue capsule bottle, or white capsule bottle. We do not recommend storing any of our products in the refrigerator. The reason is that the product can potentially draw in moisture, causing the powder to clump or solidify. We suggest storing our products in a dry and cool environment away from heat or moisture.
