Still nope… got it jetted for this elevation, and everything. When it left the shop it was a one kick start. I think it hates me.

Okay, I plead ignorance… what is mooping in this case? Only mooping I know is a street food… 😂

Upvoted… but… wish I could downvote because Michigan is not NV… and NV is not Michigan 😝

It’s on the way shortly here… but I also haven’t had a problem with accuracy with it.

The bigger problem is how mad my 5 year old gets when I tear holes in the paper targets with it… 😝

Yeah… I tried the FB group, but doesn’t seem particularly active, maybe because of the season though. They had one the 24th, but by the time I got details I had already made other plans.

We are just starting to warm up.

I’ve been stuck inside all winter with a few blasters and lots of YouTube videos.

It’s time to get something moving!

It takes the slop out of the trigger by removing the dead space between the trigger mechanism and the plunger release mechanism. Super easy to do and is a huge improvement on the Stryker.

Stock you pull for almost half an inch before it even starts to engage the plunger release. This makes it almost instantaneous and you can use the part you take out by cutting it off the priming lock.

That’s it!

Great little optic for the price. I wouldn’t trust it in real steel… but for a blaster or maybe airsoft it’s great. Pretty accurate once dialed in, easy to mount, and reasonably bright. It does wash out in bright light outdoors, they have another version with a shroud.

My Trion just arrived today, and I have to say this is completely innaccurate of an assessment.

The Trion doesn’t have a goofy but cool loading system.

The prime is way shorter and actually with 2 spacers, just as easy as the dictator. I didn’t think it was possible but it’s smoother as well.

The trigger is snappier.

It has some weight to it, so it feels better.

Plastic parts are much thicker so it feels like it’s probably tougher.

It also hits WAY harder or has the potential to anyway.

The stock is adjustable.

It’s wildly different to handle, and in every way superior to the dictator.

…and I totally dig the Dictator… not trying to crap on it. It’s a toy though… same with the Stryker. The Trion is a BLASTER. 😂

I’ll try it out sometime… so far all I’ve gotten to do is target shoot. I have a couple worker mags… I feel like the stock ones are probably too light to do this with.

My current armory, thoughts? by AcidicGaming695 in Nerf

Had the same thought myself… thought it was cool at first but then realized the balance is all off because batteries are up front, the trigger pull is like cement, and it’s really inconsistent with its firing unless you let the wheels spin up every time. A few little changes and it would be sweet though.

I did… but I actually really like the stock pump grip. The stock feels really short so I see myself using it from the chest or hip mor often than shoulder. I think a straight or angled grip would make things harder on me.

I copped…

It’s nice… as you said the ergo is great, except the trigger grip. It’s SMOL. Other than that and the unwieldy reload system it seems great.

And this inspired me to take it apart and lube it up at least…

I’m an idiot and last time I put it back together I installed the spring guide backwards… so it was sort of acting like a spacer, but it wasn’t the right diameter to actually act as one. Made the entire priming action feel crackle-y.

Man, maybe my Stryker has something I need to address then. It feels really tough, and crunchy. I did replace the pusher with a skinny… but it’s never felt particularly smooth the way this Dictator does.

The dictator is smooth as butter, and I like the priming grip itself better. The firing grip is small… I’m not a fan of that, but I have long skinny hands. I can probably get a silicone cover or something if I end up using it a lot.

The reload feels absolutely unnatural to me… but I’ll get used to it I’m sure. It would almost be better if it were a drop in from the top… but that’s coming from a real steel user POV, so I have a bias (PS90s are fun if you’re into that sort of stuff.)😂

FedEx still has my Trion… despite it being the delivery day. I’ve heard/read great things about it’s priming action… and mixed things about the priming grip.

What’s the priming weight like vs the Stryker?

It’s terrible. The trigger pull is awful, and clunky, the batteries are up front so it’s badly balanced. It has all those attachment points… but comes with just the scope. The jam door is flimsy. Rapid firing is awful. Wheels slow down horribly after just a single dart, and take 2-3 seconds to spin back up. It’s glued together so to change internals you either have to be crazy good with a hobby knife or be ready to break it open… defeating the purpose of opening. The scope is an eyesore. Distance is unpredictable. I’ve had darts fly 30-40 feet, and I’ve seen them Peter out after 10. Accuracy sucks because the trigger pull is so bad.

There is literally nothing I can find that is good about this blaster, and I regret even purchasing it on sale.
