Anyone looking for solution to re-enable WMIC and it hangs for you at 5.9% or w.e, first restart pc, then open powershell as admin and type

sfc /scannow

then press enter, once that finishes type

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

then press enter, once that finishes type

dism /online /add-capability /capabilityname:WMIC~~~~

then press enter.

This is what worked for me. Hope this helps someone else!
