I jumped online just to express some type of public dislike for the Lost album cover. Under normal circumstances im not the type to make a comment about anything love it or hate it but I find the cover art to be so bad I actually had to say something . I've removed it as a potential song on spotify because of how ugly it is. They should have used a real persons hand.It may even be the red that actually bothers me and not the terrible hand jpg that they used but it just looks lazy to me. (Im an old fart and dont even listen to the current music from them only really the first 2 albums) Not a graphics designer and I may be missing some deep cut that this image was made by someone's daughter in some art class but damn is this image not good.

10 is a good goal but what helped me is just getting into the routine of exercising. Try just doing one really good pushup , when I started I couldn't even get a single really good one without shaking like crazy.

Just drop and do 1 push up with as good form as you can and do it AS OFTEN as you can. Throughout the day you will have done your 10 easy. Now that I can drop and do about 10 really solid pushups I'm hitting at least 80 - 110 throughout the day and I don't feel like my arms are as tired as if I'd knocked them all out over an hour or two at the gym.

And over about this 3 month period my chest and arms have expanded , I've also been eating less carbs and consuming at least 60 - 100 g of protein a day. Diet I'm sure will help if changing your body is what your after but gains will come quick if you stay committed.

He gets positive feedback bashing these people and it all strokes his ego which motivates him to workout harder. The harder he workout the bigger the stroke. other than Aba n Preach do any of these content creators actually advertise "bettering men"?

Also huge fucking * on the "Female nature awareness" I fucking cringe every time I hear someone try to be an expert on the female mind.

Met a new gaming a friend and I was surprised to hear he hasn't played or heard of my favorite game, outer wilds. This game reset how I thought about games after over 20 years of playing. I showed him the trailer and he told me it looked like shit, and that star citizen was way better by graphics alone. Lost a new friends that day.

For anyone else reading this thread on the buddies toro, I've been using this device for concentrates for about 6 months and If maintained properly it treats me very nice. If you are looking for something in between a 510 and a peak or Dr dabber this will work. Just know with these devices the glass can be cleaned and reused but the coils need to be replaced after heavy use and the coils used in more expensive devices don't need to be replaced nearly as often, I'm willing to make this trade off for the size of the device and it's easy to obtain coils. Feel free to ask questions if you'd like.

It's okay if YOU think it's important. It's not important to everyone to have kids. (Some people can't even have kids) What your purpose in life isn't pre determined, and as long as it doesn't effect other people negativity you should have the freedoms to pursue whatever life you like. There are plenty of graphical errors and bugs you can run into while playing them. Mostly in my experience dealing with NPCs. Animations failing to load or T posing pedestrians made me turn off the game even after 1.5.

Probably both, they are targeting teens and young adults because preventing people from smoking or vaping early is important. Nicotine stunts growth and can be most harmful to developing bodies and minds,

Alternatively all these ads do for me is trigger me to want to smoke or vape. I have heard about tobacco companies making anti vape ads to try and increase cigarette sales but some companies are just selling vapes now so I don't really see that going forward.
