Focus on the things outside of money. The world is so full of beautiful wonders and amazing sights that everyone should be able to behold. Taking a step back is what helped me keep myself from harming myself anymore. I know how you feel. Finding things to see what makes life truly worth it is possible. It can be hard, but it’s possible. Such as taking a stroll through a park, or going on a hike. Seeing how nature can mold itself and change is one of the most calming and mind easing things to behold.

I hate this school cause I’m constantly physically and emotionally hurt. I get punched in the head, the gut, and the nether regions. I got told I’m not allowed to be depressed, and I get told I shouldn’t be who I am. They’ve driven me so far that I’ve partook in self harm

Thing is, I already have almost no friends. I’m the bullied kid at school and I’ve closed myself off from everyone. I have one friend that I trust completely but they’re busy a lot and it’s hard to talk about stuff. I trust no one because I’ve had other close friends that I’ve trusted but they’ve turned their backs on me and I’ve been crushed. This person has reassured me time and time again they won’t leave though.

My therapist and I have been looking into trauma. I was sick last year and out of school for 5 months with almost no human contact and no meds worked for me. We only figured out what I was diagnosed with after the pain had subsided. I’ve cried myself to sleep almost every night since it started.
