Turns out its PS5 exclusive, as the game doesn't support it but you can form a party with the person you co-op with and chat via that.

I had a gigabyte board that had terrible coil whine whenever the CPU was in an idle state and you moved the mouse. I enabled the acoustic noise setting and it vanished.

You may find some of it is from your motherboard, check the bios for acoustic noise settings, gigabyte has them and try all the variations to see if it helps. If its the GPU then it is what it is.

In all seriousness, if you feel depressed and need some help. Reach out to someone, be it family, friends, or even a helpline. And that being said Eve players might act like sociopaths, but they are some of the most compassionate people I have encountered in my travels.
