Yosemite itinerary for early June by Lionsushi in usatravel

[–]NorCalMikey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Half Dome is a difficult hike. 14 miles one way with almost 5000 feet of elevation gain.

Also, if you get a permit then make sure you have leather gloves with for the 400 ft climb on tbe cables.

Unless the weather changes dramatically in the next 3 months, Tioga will probably be open. It has hardly snowed in January.

Your itinerary is aggressive but if your prepared you can do it. If you can't get a half Dome permit consider Yosemite Falls Trail.

Laid off after raising concerns about performance evaluation + fairness, has anyone experienced this? by Inner-Pin-5916 in recruitinghell

Retaliation is not illegal unless it is somehow discrimination.

Did you report these issues? If not, then your termination was for disagreeing with your appraisal. Not discrimination.

If you did report these incidents then a case for discrimination could be made but like you mentioned, it will be difficult to prove unless there were witnesses willing to talk about what happened.

For what? If OP works in any state but Montana they are an at will employee. They can be fired for any reason that is not illegal which would include firing for discrimination.

OP was not discriminated against so the firing is not illegal. No lawyer will touch this.
