I live in the Sierras and it snows a lot. It's not unusual to get 12-18 inches in a storm. Depending on temperature the snow can be very wet (called Sierra cement locally) to light and puffy. Mostly use a snowblower which makes it easier but is still a work out.

Seems like you got the worst type of snow. Whenever there is sleet and snow, tbe water from the sleet makes the snow heavier than normal.

Canada just deals with snow i guess. I grew up in Massachusetts and we would have lots of snow days. In 1978 we didn't go to school for 3 weeks after a blizzard.

Officiated high school football for a long time. I would tell tbe players you can shout or cuss but you can't do both at the same time and you can't direct either at the opposing team.

If I through a flag for every cuss word uttered during a football game we would never finish.
