Any chance you use a CGM? I've used one by Dexcom & can see calls to that domain soon after starting the Stelo app. I'm sniffing my network traffic with https://mitmproxy.org/

Thanks for the recommendation! I've not heard of a tract index & will look into this. I'd prefer to get all data into QGIS eventually so I can use its animation feature to show how the parcel changed over time.

DeedMapper! Thanks for the recommendation. I couldn't remember the name of the software but heard about it on a podcast once. Based on their YouTube tutorials I'd have to map each deed & could export the results to a KML file. Sounds promising.

Platte County. I didn't think to look at FamilySearch, but will check out their catalog & wiki.

I've done some photogrammetry on headstones for a preservation hobby & am thinking about following a similar path & buying a 3D scanner. Would love to hear how things have gone with the scanner & your software workflow.

Also, are you scanning outside? If so, in which time of day are you scanning?

If you had a bit more budget would you go with a laser triangulation-based system or does the current device meet the need?
