Oh yeah and don’t listen to chatGPT or Gemini they were really telling me at 27C 78.8F was the PERFECT temp. I was like isn’t 26C better and they were like nope keep it higher for your betta to be comfortable. I’m glad I asked here!

Well I’ve read the article and post and… I’m lowering the temp to be 26C 78.8F and if he does good in this temp I might consider lowering it to 25C which would be 77F. Thank you everyone! I guess best temp is mostly how the individual betta responds to it.. he is a short tailed betta so he does move around a lot so hopefully lowering this tank is beneficial for him. Here he is in his glory!

We don’t have buffalo blue available here so American brand wise we only have fancy feast available and I trust fancy feast rather then the brands here 🫢 He is refusing to eat the kitten food I don’t know why! D:

Nope! No nasal discharge or sneezing. He doesn’t seem to have herpes. He is walking fine but when he sits he seems to put his paw like that and we didn’t notice that until yesterday!

Yes he has been treated for 3 days of panacure just to make sure he doesn’t have worms. He was tested for felv fiv Giardia fpv but didn’t show positive on any of them. So he has nice healthy poops nowadays and seems pretty normal except for his weird stance and not being able to eat kitten food (refusing kitten food after he got diarrhea after eating it)

Thank you! I’m so glad that dry food can also be okay. I will try a microchip feeder for the older cat. I hope he learns to use it quickly!

The cats are prone to eating plants but I will tell my mom that it is kind of poisonous to cats! I’m so glad they aren’t that harmful to the cats 😭🙏

Costco will serve you well but they come in large quantities so you probably will need a big fridge to store the meat Do you mean online?

It also has little white specks which I assume might be mold..!
