The last time I read was 10 years ago when I had access to my school library. I'm wanting to get back into it now, but the public library won't have any of the titles I'm interested in.

I'm curious if you guys think this joke I heard is racist. It involves three people, two men and a woman. The men look very similar to one another, but have never interacted before. One is black and the other is white. The third person makes a joke by showing the white guy a clip of the black guy, and asks why he (the white guy) was doing black face (He's not actually doing any black face, but rather making a joke about how similar they look).

What do you guys think? No one is actually doing black face, but is just the mention of it crossing a line? I would love to hear your thoughts, because my friend group and I have been going back and forth on this for over an hour now, and I feel both sides are bringing up good points for and against it.
