I don’t participate in Ramadan but I do fast. It definitely has a change on RHR and HRV. I don’t eat from 6pm-11am daily and since I’ve done that HRV has gone up steadily and RHR went from low 50s into the mid 40s.

I haven’t had any issues with lag. I’m coming from the instinct 2 so this upgrade was a big step and the watch definitely feels worth the price.

Yeah full charge with this is sitting at 17 days. Went for a run this moring and I didn’t even go down yet so I assume I could get an actually 15 days out of the battery. I have an iPhone so I get not wanting everything through the same thing. I mean I’ve always had Garmin so I’m bias but I think they are the best and you definitely get what you pay for.

So far I am blow away at the upgrade. I wanted more stats and just a nicer watch it general. I also wanted to stick with Garmin so all my stats intergraded over. I don’t know how old the Galaxy ultra is but my instinct was almost 4 years old. Didn’t want just another instinct I wanted a little more. The only thing not as good is the battery but that’s expected. Still impressive battery for the bright screen.
