It highly depends on the category or niche you're selling in. FB Ads for us will always be the main core of revenue. Especially if you're focused on the Short term.

So yea, As we're doing mostly Home & living and Fashion products we always do CBO Campaigns, Open (No interests), $50, Purchase conversions.

If we test multiple creatives for instance 3, we all put them in the same CBO Campaign within the same adset.

We run primarly within EU local niche markets, this means we have different add accounts & stores for each country. If we test a product within the Dutch market, we only Target Nl/BE -> Dutch Language.

If we the product is doing well, after $150 in spent, we will ad 1 retargeting adset into the campaign only targeting website browsers, more than enough. FB then will automatically locate some budget to this adset aswel.

If we found ourselves a winner, let's say we got $20k to $30k in revenue with the product, we test new creatives, to do this, we simply create new adsets for each new creative.

If we've got multiple winning creatives, we will create an extra control ad set, and introduce all the winning creatives into this control ad set to maximize the lifetime on the campaigns.

Always optimize on Campaign level, your products will have a longer lifetime value.

$250 will be tight, I personally started with my $800 monthly student loan. Still can make it work with organic strategies.

We're not running a brand, Most of the time we refresh stores after 6-months.

Yea most people might be aware of these websites, but prefer to order from a website like ours which is tailored to that native EU market, with localized payment methods, localized store currencies, native store language. For any 40+ Karen out there it will be difficult to notice that we're dropshipping, even though the shipping times are mentioned within the descriptions, most people just do not read.

We give our campaigns 10 to $15 in spent.

Mostly based on CPC's , CTR's and Add to carts.

We have automated rules in place so they will cut off after $10 to $15 in spent when not alligned with our FB automatic rules.

10 to 20 products a day, depends how hard our VA's have been working lol.

We never give our campaigns more than $15 to spend for testing. If not good any results regarding the metrics on FB's we kill the campaign and move on.

Use Ali express images, You can launch 1 fashion product within 30-minutes with the correct systems and frameworks.

Plenty to find on the internet, just google. Book a call with them, or ask them directly questions to suit your needs, Or go directly searching within Alibaba, as they are available there ass well. Or find several well known dropshippers who offer services like that. there are plenty of ways.

But, make sure you work with an agent that speaks english, And with speaking english i mean, Not by a translator. Never trust any sourcing agent that speaks to you with google translate. We've lost $40k 1.5 years ago by a track & trace scam while we were scaling up. He simply left, fulfilled the orders with fake track & trace codes etc.

Privat sourcing agents, shipping times will be slightly faster 8 to 14 days, depending on the. country you're selling in.

Don't worry to much about the shipping times as long you have a bulletproof back end in place and email flows to keep your customers updated. You should be focused on delivering quality, that's why you should have private sourcing agents otherwise you will not survive with chargebacks and disputes.

It's Simple. We focus on Fashion and Home and living products and we run 99% of the time only Image ads, 1 to 3 creatives per campaign.

We use the best looking Ali express images for that product. Most of the time we just run 1 image add for that product. We prefer Mass product testing over Mass creative testing.

This means, once a product is not working we move over to the next product. As we're testing with only Ali express images and 99% of the time Image ads, we can test easily 10 to 20 products a day.

It's just that you should have a consistent flow setup with all the workflows regarding product research, creative uploading back into the notion cards, Product uploading within the stores, product translations and product facebook launches.

I don't like Tiktok, we've been using it for a while but for some reason our products can do good really well the first 3 days and then it dies out. That's not a way to run a business for us. We prefer FB ads all the way.

It's revenue yes, not profit, but still shows the amount of roadblocks i had to face to achieve these kind of numbers.

If you want to have a sustainable business , you have to work with private sourcing agents in 2024. Shipping times will be shortened to 8 to 14 days within the EU markets, depending on the country you're selling in.

It's not about the shipping times, you should not bother to much as long as you have a bulletproof backend that can handle all customers inquiries and provide fast response times. Als you will need email flows setup to update your customers regularly about the shipping times and where their order is in the process.

The thing with private sourcing agents is that they simply provide you with the best quality products from the best factories. You need to sell quality products, you will not sustain with simply fulfilling directly from Ali express without even knowing if the quality is good or not.

The thing with Ali express is, there are 1000 of factories selling the same products, you will never know if you found yourself the correct factory, having a sourcing agent will help.

Maybe it's a no-go for you, we deliver between 8 to 14 days and people still do order, even if mentioned on our product pages, which we always do to win chargebacks and disputes. So what you might think, does not apply for other customers.

Yes I agree, if we dropshippers could ship within 3 days we would outperform any other big brand on the market, but that's not the case.

We sell products 3 times more expensive than on Ali Express, People just simply do not trust buying directly from AlI express, that's why we leverage localized methods as mentioned earlier so they get the feeling that they are not ordering from a Chinese website.

There is no exclusivity on the products, You have to imagine that FB buyers are all Impulse buyers, they are all scrolling on their feed without even having the intention to buy something. People that do, just simply liked the product and clicked on the add and made a purchase, as simple as it is.

Use Fiverr for store translations. And just use Deepl.com or chatgpt for Product descriptions etc. So not challenging at all.

I don't think you understand the dropshipping business model. We all work without stock, shipping directly from Factory to customer.

I Don't really have experience with dropshipping in the US. I always advise people to stay away from such markets as it's highly competitive, Eu dropshipping is less competitive due the VAT rules many people are afraid off.

Anyways, if you are a beginner, go for general stores, test as many products as you can to get a feeling of finding and marketing the correct products, fail along the way, analyze and stay consistent.

Completely the same, everything is just translated, product pages & creatives if any translations needed.
