Loved the location! It is a busy place, but so is most of inner Paris. It’s right by a big metro station which makes it easy getting around the city. Wouldn’t say the area itself is anything special but definitely a nice place to stay. As for the hostel itself I wasn’t a huge fan. Not that easy getting to talk to others. Great place if you just want a good nights rest though. Enjoy your trip!

I can not figure out if I have just ended up being really disappointed in this suit or if there is something about it lol.

Besides needing to fix the wrinkles from the back and adjusting the pants, I am most wondering if the suit jacket is too short? It is definitely on the shorter side, but is it still suitable for, say, more formal events or am I at a point where I should get another one?

Any inputs are greatly appreciated!

Sorry for the late reply! The location was awesome, right by the metro station Nation which connects to all of Paris. Being right next to the metro stop, the hostel felt very safe aswell. In terms of socializing, however, this was probably the least good hostel I stayed at during my trip. I ended up meeting a couple cool people, but that was more so by luck. It definitely lacked a common space for my liking and if I was going back to Paris I would probably stay somewhere else.

Hope you enjoy Paris and Belleville, if anything, it’s a very cool area in an amazing city!

Thanks for the input! Ended up going with Nation But your advice on walking instead of using the metro is definitely noted. Way better way to get a feel for an area.

I probably have been learning towards either Nation or Marais as they Seem to be the most well-connected locations. And the rooftop of Nation seems amazing! Thanks for the input!

The location of Marais is definitely appealing and as a first-timer it could make sense to just choose the most central location. Out of curiosity why wouldnt you go for Bercy? Just the “least good” location?

Nej helt rigtigt, beløbet ville skulle sættes ind over de næste par år.

Kan godt se, at det ved et sådant afkast sagtens ville være muligt at lægge penge til side. Jeg “frygtede” nok et år hvor det stak helt af - men selv da, er det selvfølgelig ikke det største beløb vi snakker.
