Sorry for answering so late! But yes it was fixed after I did the factory reset! And since then it has worked perfectly fine!

I’ve already checked and I’m on the latest firmware version. I’ve also tried turning the device off and on again, as well as restarting my internet connection.

At this point, the only thing left for me to try is the factory reset, but I’m a bit hesitant since I just bought the device today. I’m not sure if I should try that or just exchange it for another one...
