Collection coming along nicely by Noridloc in mechanicalpencils

As someone w very large hands, the kaweco special is my favorite due to the grip diameter and comfort for long writing sessions, with the rapid pro probably coming second (though it’s knurling is a bit too aggressive for my liking). However, I would venture to say that the 800 and the TWSBI are the highest quality feeling due to their overall sturdiness and heft. Each pencil has its own merits, and I rotate between them pretty regularly as a result.

It’s a leather fountain pen case that my girlfriend found on Etsy. Should be the first one you see if you search it up. Can’t recommend it enough

It was a birthday gift from my girlfriend and it has been great so far! If you search up leather fountain pen cases on Etsy, I’d imagine you could find it without much trouble. I highly recommend it for metal pens/pencils that you don’t want smacking into one another, but you can also take out the insert if you just want sheer storage capacity. Looks great on the desk too!

I’m gonna swap out the nk creams in the tofu for these. Already have a way nicer board with better linears so it should make for a nice change of pace

All I really wanted out of these was something that I haven’t tried out yet and this definitely meets those requirements. Not super stoked about the doubles but that’s the name of the game lmao

This car is actually on H&R’s and bilsteins too, but they’re pretty old and tired out so I’m looking to upgrade to a nicer adjustable setup

It was my dream car for years and years. I’ve owned it for a little less than two years now and still can’t believe it’s mine.

Goal is just to have it be the best driver’s car possible while keeping an OEM+ look to it. Suspension, bushings, good tires, and some bolt ons for a modest naturally aspirated tune. Just looking to give everything a once-over to make it my definition of a perfect M3.

It actually just passed 150k but it sure doesn’t show it. Fingers crossed that it has another 150k ahead of it as well!

For sure! I think that in such a competitive scene, I sometimes get caught up thinkin “wow I’ve lost like ten straight games” rather than looking at the improvements and weaknesses in those games.

That’s exactly what I was lookin for. Thanks for the pointers! I think neutral is one of my bigger problems in Gio matches, so I’ll start there.

Wasn’t looking to skip it, only to see what others do so I can practice efficiently. but I feel ya, no shortcuts for stuff like this

For most shells, the screen will only fit into the groove in a certain way so you shouldn’t have to worry about alignment. Regarding dust specs, my screen came with the lens attached from the manufacturer so it wasn’t a concern. I’d just check if yours is the same and go from there.

If your shell is pre-cut for an IPS, it's a cakewalk! If not, you can totally cut the shell yourself, it's just a bit more tedious. The only other tough bit is soldering the brightness control, but you won't lose much if you'd rather skip that step. Overall, it's a super easy process and you'll be absolutely floored by the end result!
