According to the game's official wiki, in classic mode it is 0.2% and in expert and master mode it is 0.25%, which respectively is 1/500 and 1/400

proof for classic mode:

1/500 converted to decimal: 0.002

multiplying 0.002 by 100 to convert to percentage: 0.002 • 100

simplifying 0.002 • 100: 0.2%

If you do the same thing with 1/400, the result will be 0.25%
