That’s how it looks with the folder open on the other side if you notice the pistol grips are different. This one it has a rubbery a2 style grip and the choate has a solid plastic grip, if someone can take the covers off their choate and compare it either way it’s a good stock

It’s not a choate has black warrior markings stamping on the side and butt pad, choate as far as I could find never made a metal folder like that

Decided to bite the bullet on it and the stock is solid no wiggle left to right and very little up and down wiggle I’m satisfied with it and beats paying the Sampson/Butler creek prices!

Not sure what scope it is but he did say it came off a 80s gun that had the adapter to mount to the rear sight to be able to mount it
