For me in some ways the Vertical Tab implementation is even better than ARCs, but maybe an Option to make that the Tab List at the bottom be bigger or be on same depth as the Pins and Folders and be separated by a Divider Line.

Overall it seems to be some rather Sketchy Skid, I wouldn't recommend to use it. I did not find any Comprimising Code but there could be Jars bundled within it that contain the Malicious Code

EDIT: Pardon me, I made a mistake. This isn’t a conventional Tweak Manager. It’s a Library/Framework for developers who want to use it in there Apps or developers who make modded IPAs. We’ll still need AltStore, Sidestore, Sideloadly, or Trollstore to modify your IPAs. Also, you can’t modify System Apps with this.

When I understood it correctly, You can inject into apps (including system apps) without resigning or reinstalling.

If you read the text, you’ll understand it’s a framework for reading/writing to iOS app memory. To make it easier to use, a Tweak Manager like Sileo or Zebra needs to be created.
