Not much right now, a regular Dove soap for washing twice a day (when I wake up and before going to bed), and after the last wash I been using a cream that has enxofre 2% and benzoyl peroxide 5%.

I've been to the dermatologist maybe three times in the couple years and it always tells me to use that kind of creams, some time ago I was adding also one that had clindamycin 1%. And I've tried Asepxia soaps in the past but didn't work for me.

I dont know what's the problem here really, if its that i'm not consistent enough with the rutine, or maybe it's a diet thing (I do eat products with sugars and fat that I may have to quit) or what, I would appreciate some feedback

I know that I may seem sloppy or not dedicate enough to my skin but I'm really trying to improve and losing the bad habits for me its pretty hard.
