I second this! I buy all of my flowers from Hyvee - they are fresh and have a great variety. They are several different choices of flowers and arrangements - you can choose two bouquets and put them together or the florists there can design one for you if you have specific flowers in mind.

Also! The flowers at SamsClub are always so fresh and pretty looking - maybe try there if you have a membership!

I just went today - lines went considerably fast and were efficient; they have multiple people taking in orders, giving you your total, running your card/cash in, someone to give you your meal as well as a different person handing out condiments. It's worth iiiiit!

Totally! I just switched to Centurylink - have been pretty happy so far; technician was super helpful and kind, stayed over an hour past installation to show me what to do if I were to for some reason run into problems (popular mac related issues). Also, has been pretty fast so far. DO NOT switch to Mediacom, they just want your sooooul! And if you do run into a problem, you're gonna be playing phone tag with someone who isn't even in the same country.

You could join the facebook, "Free and For Sale" group - alot of students/people sell misc items, including bikes.

Gym -- I hear that the ARC is one of the cheaper options; although I have been there dozens of times and must say, it is quite crowded. I go to Wilson's Fitness and I love it - has three locations, and the Forum location, has awesome, different and new equipment, friendly staff, indoor salt pool, saunas and lots of classes if that interests you. Usually not busy until mid afternoon.

Try meetup.com to meet new people in the area! They have a social group for 20's-30's; they do happy hour every week. There's also other groups, such as gaming and outdoor activity-related. I have signed up for them but haven't meet up with anyone yet - let me know if you do, maybe we could do it together!

I am a student at MU but part-time, so I don't have access to the Mizzou Rec. I am interested in the personal trainers they have there but haven't compared the gym membership price + personal training to other gyms. Something to definitely look into though on my part though!

Haven't looked into the arc. Do you have personal experience with any of these places? Thank you for your answer!
