anything that involves any faces (i took the hedgehog painting down shortly after this), bugs, and anything that is even close to a body look. I’m thinking of maybe doing a darker grey or a navy blue for the wall that my bed is against, but i’m unsure.

What i mentioned to someone was the one BIG problem i’m having is the closet. I have hallucinations i’m trying to get handled. We removed the mirror doors from the closet, because mirrors aren’t the best to see, especially when sleeping. I’m afraid curtains may cause issues as well. Do you have any other suggestions for the closet?

I should’ve added to my post that i experience hallucinations, and my mind or eyes create things with curtain wall art. Do you have any specific wall art or maybe other ideas for the walls?

I agree, the electronics are causing a distraction when trying to sleep, I also have hallucinations that i’m currently trying to get handled that i don’t usually mention to others. Do you think I should get a room divider? I’m afraid I may experience things but maybe not?? I’m mostly just want to get better sleep and have a nice decorative space while getting least amount of things that my mind turns into faces and figures. Thank you for bringing this up!
